Hello! My name is Ashley Lauren Ellis Eid, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, California. I provide support to individuals, couples, and families facing a range of psychological, behavioral and relational challenges through telehealth/virtual sessions.
These challenges may include fertility struggles, body issues, eating disorders, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, work and career concerns, stress management, and grief. In my private practice, I aim to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment while employing a client-centered, therapeutic approach.
